We are Jen & Lindsay
Hi! We are the brains and braun behind Trash Castle. When our trash collecting started piling up in a spare bedroom in our house, we decided it was time to make a better plan.
We learned about Precious Plastic and felt inspired to know there were people around the world already making a difference in their communities. We want to be like those people!
Trash Castle is a micro-recycling workshop located in the Chicago Sustainable Manufacturing Center.
We will be collecting, sorting, cleaning, and up-cycling post consumer products. Once that hard work is done, we will be experimenting with creating better quality artifacts to keep trash at work and out of retirement.
